3 Different Layouts
The Team
LUCIO MICHELETTI (Milan - ITA), Designer
We thought to meet again and start with a new project,
a concept where lightness and design play with new shapes.
We thought that ICE could be the right theater to experiment.
The challenge is high, because boats between 16 and 24 meters are the most difficult. They're big, but not very big. You have to combine efficiency, comfort and practicality in volumes that never give anything away. And of course, as with all boats, they have to be a pleasure to look at. I tried to stay clean without adding anything that isn't useful and functional, for the exteriors, and to reward the feeling of space and brightness in the interiors, which are also very very practical. The result is innovative, but not gratuitous. I'm happy with what was achieved outside and inside."

"ICE's brief was enthusiastically received by our Studio and working with Lucio Micheletti again (after the realization of the award-winning Baltic 'Canova') was a real pleasure. The most interesting aspect was the freedom we were able to express in designing the hull, the appendages and the sail plan, which are at the top of all the experiences we have had in recent years. We had the objective of maximum performance united with simplicity of conduction. A modern and very fast boat that is also stable and precise. This boat will give us fast cruises, but also satisfaction in regattas."
